Jushawn Rucker and David DiPasquale, members of AFSCME Council 66, exhibited extraordinary heroism by using an AED to administer CPR and save a student’s life when the student went into cardiac arrest. Their quick thinking and selfless actions exemplify the true spirit of heroism.
